Litigation Attorney - AM LAW

I am currently working with a leading AM LAW ranked firm , who are actively looking to recruit an Attorney who specializes in litigation to join their Kansas City office. Key Responsibilities: This role will assist with a broad array of matters, including sophisticated and complex litigation cases. Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation strategies. Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs. Assist with deposition preparation and witness interviews. Represent clients in court proceedings and hearings. Provide general support to the litigation department as needed. Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a leading accredited law school. Admission to the state bar of Missouri. 2 years of experience in franchise and litigation experience, ideally gained with a large law firm setting. Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
