Role Overview: As Lead Electrical Engineer , you’ll drive the optimization of green hydrogen production systems by focusing on power electronics , electrical system integration , and system performance in diverse operational environments. Your strategic contributions will directly influence the development of sustainable hydrogen solutions at the forefront of the energy transition. Key Responsibilities: Power Electronics & Electrical Systems Lead electrical engineering for power electronics projects in green hydrogen systems. Assess grid connection conditions and ensure compliance with industry norms and standards. Design & Planning of Power Supply Systems Oversee the design and implementation of electrical power supply systems, including transformers and cabling for low-voltage customer connections. Technical Documentation & Adaptation Prepare, revise, and adapt technical documentation such as specifications, single-line diagrams (SLDs), and layout plans, ensuring alignment with customer needs and technical feasibility. Customer Solutions & Cross-Functional Collaboration Act as a technical point of contact for customers, addressing queries and tailoring product solutions. Work with internal teams across sales , bidding , engineering , and project management to develop integrated system solutions. Your Profile: Qualifications : Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. Experience : At least 5 years of experience in electrical and hardware planning, preferably for automated process engineering plants (hydrogen, oil, or gas projects ideal). In-depth knowledge of electrical engineering standards, electrical protection concepts , and power electronics design (particularly transformers). Skills : Strong independence , responsibility, and collaboration skills. Fluent in English with excellent communication and customer-oriented problem-solving abilities. Why This Role?
