Position Summary: The Senior Financial Analyst will play a critical role in supporting our strategic initiatives by providing in-depth financial analysis, market research, and investment recommendations. This position requires a strong understanding of real estate finance, land development processes, and acquisition strategies. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, analytical, and able to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: Conduct financial modeling and analysis for land acquisition and development projects, including feasibility studies and pro forma evaluations. Evaluate potential investment opportunities and assess risks and returns associated with various development projects. Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders. Collaborate with the acquisitions team to analyze market trends, property valuations, and competitive landscape. Support budgeting and financial planning processes by providing insights on cost management and investment strategies. Monitor project performance and provide ongoing financial oversight to ensure alignment with strategic goals. Assist in the due diligence process for new acquisitions, including financial assessments and scenario analysis. Develop and maintain financial databases and reporting tools to streamline analysis and reporting. Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and market conditions affecting land development in the Greater Orlando area. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification (CFA, CPA) preferred. 5 years of experience in financial analysis, real estate development, or investment analysis, preferably within the land development sector. Strong proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and data analysis tools (Excel, Argus, or similar software). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders. Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Knowledge of the Greater Orlando real estate market and land development regulations is a plus.
