Responsibilities The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with break/fix troubleshooting, computer hardware, and printer support Responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, providing desktop support to end users, setting up and maintaining workstations, and ensuring smooth IT operations The technician will also assist with routine maintenance and repairs, helping users with various technical issues and ensuring the timely resolution of service requests Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on desktops and laptops Provide printer support, including setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance Perform break/fix repairs and hardware upgrades Respond to IT support requests and resolve technical issues efficiently Maintain inventory of desktop hardware and software
