Job Summary: Our client is seeking a Project Manager to join their team This position is located in Miami, Florida. Duties: Lead the development of executive-level presentations that weave clear, engaging, and strategic narratives Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and synthesize it into a cohesive story Act as a strategic advisor, helping teams and leaders articulate vision, progress, and outcomes Ensure all presentations align with the company’s tone, goals, and branding guidelines Manage the end-to-end process of creating executive communication materials, including storyboarding, content creation, and visual design oversight Facilitate meetings, ensuring alignment, clarity, and actionable outcomes Coordinate with project teams to understand the context and goals of initiatives, translating them into audience-appropriate stories Desired Skills/Experience: 5 years in project management, corporate communications, or a related field Proven experience in project management, communications, or a similar role Exceptional storytelling and writing skills with the ability to translate complex ideas into simple, engaging narratives Expertise in creating executive presentations using tools like PowerPoint, Google Slides, or similar Strong design sensibility and ability to guide visual storytelling Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, with experience working across diverse teams Comfort and confidence in presenting to executive audiences Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with strategic planning or corporate initiatives is a plus Benefits: Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance Plans 401K offered
