Introduction Our Manufacturing client is searching for a Project Manager with experience in the Food & Beverage, pharmaceutical or Personal Care product industries to support their clients across Utah. The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for project execution, ensuring full compliance with the Prevention, Quality, and Productivity (P.Q.P.) principles. The PM plays a key role in delivering projects safely, on time, on specification, and on budget. Responsibilities Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations. Identify and mitigate safety risks; take corrective actions as needed. Report safety violations to the appropriate hierarchy. Maintain accountability for installation quality per contractual requirements. Adhere to the Project Management System (BPMS) guidelines and internal best practices. Plan and execute projects in line with BPMS standards. Deliver projects on time, on spec, and on budget. Monitor project performance, manage budgets, and report on estimated versus actual costs. Conduct project closeout, postmortem evaluations, and final KPI reporting. Maintain strong client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for project-related communication. Prepare quotations and proposals; support technical alignments. Manage requests for contract modifications, ensuring compliance with agreements and internal policies. Develop and manage staffing plans, identifying resource needs. Lead project team meetings and client project meetings (e.g., Kick-Off, weekly updates). Coordinate and review technical documents, including calculations, drawings, P&IDs, and 3D layouts. Collaborate with departments to meet design, fabrication, and installation milestones. Oversee shop fabrication, onsite installation, and equipment startup as required. Organize and execute acceptance tests (e.g., FAT, SAT, qualifications). Manage documentation and approvals for project handovers and acceptance certificates. Provide regular project status updates to upper management or direct supervisors. Requirements B.S. in Mechanical, Chemical, Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent. At least 5 years of proven experience in Project Management or Process Engineering Experience in Food & Beverage, pharmaceuticals or Other CPG Manufacturing is a must-have requirement. Knowledge of processes in food, cosmetics, or pharmaceutical industries. Proficiency in reading and interpreting P&IDs, isometrics, layouts, 3D drawings, and functional descriptions. Competency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant data entry software. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Ability to work autonomously and complete tasks with minimal supervision. Strong technical aptitude with a willingness to learn. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. What We Offer Why apply through Brunel?
