The Principal Civil Engineer will be responsible for All aspects of conceptual site plans, site design, roadway design, grading and drainage systems, stormwater pollution prevention plans, and engineering construction documents Develop project proposals, scopes, and budgets, and manage execution and tracking of projects Develop the local and regional client-base for the land development discipline Lead and manage engineering projects from inception to completion.
