Fun Events and Culture!Job DetailsWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Permanent Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team! As a Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing land development projects from start to finish. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.Responsibilities: Manage and oversee land development projects from start to finish, including site planning, design, and construction. Work closely with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Develop project schedules and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. Conduct site investigations and surveys, and prepare reports and recommendations based on findings. Design and prepare plans for site development, including grading, drainage, utility, and stormwater management systems. Prepare and submit permit applications to regulatory agencies, and coordinate with agencies to obtain necessary approvals. Provide technical support and guidance to project teams, and ensure that all work is completed in accordance with applicable codes, standards, and regulations. Conduct site inspections and oversee construction activities to ensure that work is completed in accordance with plans and specifications. Prepare and review project documentation, including contracts, specifications, and drawings. Provide training and mentorship to junior staff members, and assist with their professional development.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. 3+ years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on land development. Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices, including site planning, design, and construction. Experience with Civil3D software and other design tools. Knowledge of site, utility, and stormwater management systems. Experience with municipal, private, and public land development projects. Strong project management and scheduling skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.Interested in hearing more?
