Control System Programmer - DCS

Responsibilities: Design, build, and configure control system hardware, including Honeywell Experion controllers and other automation systems. Perform maintenance and upgrades for Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS). Test and troubleshoot hardware components to ensure compliance with operational standards. Collaborate with vendors and manufacturers to ensure adherence to recommended methods and procedures. Maintain inventory of hardware components and coordinate returns and replacements. Provide documentation and technical support during commissioning and start-up. Requirements: Proven experience in configuring and maintaining hardware for SIS, DCS, and PLC systems. Expertise in Honeywell Experion systems, including building controllers from scratch. Familiarity with manufacturers such as Allen Bradley, Siemens, and GE Fanuc is a plus. Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting and system optimization. Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external manufacturers.
