Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Operating Officer at Cheek Construction, LLC in Reno, NV. The COO will be responsible for overseeing business operations, strategic planning, financial management, and ensuring operational efficiency. Daily tasks include implementing business plans, managing operations, analyzing performance metrics, overseeing budgets, and driving business growth. Qualifications Business Planning and Operations Management skills Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making Finance and Budgeting expertise Proven experience in operations management and strategic planning Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field Experience in the construction industry is a plus
