Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Human Resources Manager at Cheek Construction, LLC in Reno, NV. The Human Resources Manager will oversee all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, performance management, and compliance with employment laws and regulations. Qualifications Recruitment, Employee Relations, and Performance Management skills Training and Development expertise Knowledge of employment laws and regulations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Strong organizational and time management abilities Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
