Enterprise Architect

GlobalSource IT is working with a direct end client in the Sheboygan, WI area that is looking for a strategic Enterprise Architect with a strong background in Human Resources (HR) systems. The ideal candidate will play a key role in aligning technology solutions with business strategies and objectives. 3 days a week onsite is needed. Strong knowledge of architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachmann) and how to apply them to HR-specific needs. Expertise in system integration, ensuring seamless data flow between HCM systems, ERP, payroll systems, and other enterprise applications. Lead the development and implementation of enterprise architecture strategies for HR-related systems, ensuring they align with organizational goals. Collaborate with HR leadership and key business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into scalable technology solutions.
