INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (IT) ADMINISTRATOR We have an immediate need for an exempt, full-time IT Administrator to work at our San Francisco headquarters or other location within California. The IT Administrator will assist with various IT duties under the direction of the Director of Technology and must be able to support all staff, regional offices, subtenants, studios, and subsidiaries. Essential Functions: Prepare new equipment for all staff and locations Install and update company software and operating systems Assist in diagnosing and solving technical issues Assist with the development of standard operating procedures Perform proactive routine maintenance and system checks Create and organize IT documentation Assist and train staff with operating office equipment Responsible for in-person organization and storage of IT equipment and supplies Other duties as assigned Assist staff with IT onboarding and offboarding procedures Assist staff with use of printers, plotters, and scanners Assist staff with remote conferencing solutions Assist with access control system, alarm system, and video monitoring solutions Assist in moving and setting up IT equipment during desk and office relocations Job Qualifications: Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive company and client information Works well and communicates effectively with others Operate a wide variety of computer hardware and software as well as standard office equipment and quickly learn the use of new technologies and applications Ability to analyze and solve problems Ability to read, interpret and collect technical documents Ability to prepare reports, correspondence, and memos Maintains accurate and complete records Works independently under general supervision, uses initiative and good business judgment Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize, multi-task and use time effectively Ability to read and interpret written information, and follow instructions Ability to perform in a high-pressure, quick, and dynamic environment Must clear a background check Skills and Experience: Bachelor’s degree and minimum 2 years working IT experience or 5+ years of experience in the IT industry Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills Working knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems Working knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Access, Visio) Working knowledge of Google Workspace Administration Skills and Experience Preferred: OS:

Compensation: The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to: skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $127,000 to $140,000. Reasonable accommodations may be made to individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
