The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will act as a strategic advisor and consultant to assigned business units, aligning human resources initiatives with organizational goals. This role partners closely with business leaders to drive effective people strategies, improve workforce performance, and enhance employee engagement. The HRBP will leverage deep HR expertise to support talent management, employee relations, organizational development, and change management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic HR Partnership: Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's objectives. Provide insights and guidance on workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations issues, providing guidance on conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans. Foster a positive work environment through proactive employee engagement.
  • Talent Management: Support talent acquisition efforts, collaborating with hiring managers to identify, attract, and retain top talent. Facilitate onboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions and early engagement for new hires.
  • Performance Management: Partner with leaders to drive a high-performance culture by implementing performance management practices, facilitating performance reviews, and coaching managers on effective feedback and development strategies.
  • Organizational Development and Change Management: Support business transformations by advising on change management strategies, facilitating training and development, and fostering organizational agility.
  • Compliance and Policy Implementation: Ensure adherence to employment laws, regulations, and HR policies. Educate leaders and employees on company policies and support consistent policy implementation.
  • Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI): Partner with the HR team to implement DEI initiatives, promoting an inclusive workplace culture that values diversity and enhances employee experience.
  • HR Metrics and Reporting: Utilize data analytics to provide insights on workforce trends, turnover, engagement, and other key HR metrics. Use data to make informed decisions and measure the success of HR initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a generalist or HR business partner role, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Certifications: PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP preferred.

  • Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with HR data and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
