Vecna Robotics seeks a dynamic, hands-on Director of Marketing Strategy and Execution to lead our marketing efforts. This role combines strategic leadership with active ownership of demand generation, campaign execution, and marketing operations to drive measurable revenue impact and enable sales success.
The Director will craft innovative, data-driven marketing strategies while managing their execution across diverse channels to enhance brand recognition, accelerate pipeline growth, and strengthen customer relationships. The ideal candidate is a proactive, results-oriented leader with a proven track record in driving rapid, scalable growth through integrated campaigns in high-tech environments.
Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, this is a fulltime, salaried role based in Waltham, MA. In this role, the Director of Marketing Strategy and Execution will:
- Develop and execute data-driven, multi-channel demand generation strategies to drive pipeline growth, increase customer acquisition, and achieve revenue targets.
- Define and lead the marketing strategy, aligning with company goals to drive brand recognition, lead generation, and sales enablement.
- Own the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, including planning, development, implementation, measurement, and optimization.
- Oversee marketing operations, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and the effective use of tools, technology, and data to optimize campaign performance.
- Partner with sales and product teams to align marketing initiatives with sales priorities and product launches.
- Establish KPIs and measure campaign effectiveness, providing actionable insights to improve performance and ROI.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Masters preferred.
- 7-10 years of B2B marketing experience, with demonstrated execution of demand generation, campaign management, and marketing operations.
- Proven success in scaling marketing efforts in high-growth, technology-driven industries.
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and analytics tools.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing strategies.
- Willingness to take a hands-on approach to campaign implementation while maintaining a strategic perspective.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate marketing goals and results to stakeholders at all levels.
