The Director of Demand Generation will be a key player in driving our growth strategy by developing and executing scalable programs that generate high-quality leads, nurture prospects, and increase pipeline velocity. This role requires a data-driven, creative, and collaborative leader with deep expertise in B2B marketing and SaaS.

Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities of this role include:

  1. Strategy Development: Own the demand generation strategy to achieve pipeline and revenue goals aligned with company objectives.
  2. Campaign Leadership: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across digital, email, events, ABM, and paid media to generate leads and accelerate pipeline growth.
  3. Cross-Functional Leadership: Ensure alignment with sales and product teams for consistent messaging and effective execution.
  4. ABM Expertise: Develop account-based marketing (ABM) strategies for high-value accounts, ensuring personalized and impactful outreach.
  5. Pipeline Optimization: Partner with Revenue Operations to define, track, and analyze KPIs, continuously optimizing campaigns for ROI.
  6. Marketing Technology: Leverage tools such as Salesforce and other Martech solutions to drive automation, segmentation, and personalization at scale.
  7. Content Collaboration: Work closely with product marketing to align messaging with audience needs and lifecycle stages.
  8. Budget Management: Own and manage the demand generation budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum impact.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role the incumbent will demonstrate the following:

  1. 8+ years of experience in demand generation or growth marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  2. Proven track record in driving pipeline and revenue growth in a SaaS B2B environment.
  3. Expertise in ABM strategies, paid media, email marketing, and marketing automation.
  4. Strong analytical skills with experience in attribution models, A/B testing, and campaign performance analysis.
  5. Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
  6. Proficiency in CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation platforms, and data analytics tools.
  7. Experience managing and building reports in Salesforce.
