The Director of Demand Generation will be a key player in driving our growth strategy by developing and executing scalable programs that generate high-quality leads, nurture prospects, and increase pipeline velocity. This role requires a data-driven, creative, and collaborative leader with deep expertise in B2B marketing and SaaS.
Responsibilities
The primary responsibilities of this role include:
Strategy Development:
Own the demand generation strategy to achieve pipeline and revenue goals aligned with company objectives. Campaign Leadership:
Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across digital, email, events, ABM, and paid media to generate leads and accelerate pipeline growth. Cross-Functional Leadership:
Ensure alignment with sales and product teams for consistent messaging and effective execution. ABM Expertise:
Develop account-based marketing (ABM) strategies for high-value accounts, ensuring personalized and impactful outreach. Pipeline Optimization:
Partner with Revenue Operations to define, track, and analyze KPIs, continuously optimizing campaigns for ROI. Marketing Technology:
Leverage tools such as Salesforce and other Martech solutions to drive automation, segmentation, and personalization at scale. Content Collaboration:
Work closely with product marketing to align messaging with audience needs and lifecycle stages. Budget Management:
Own and manage the demand generation budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum impact. Qualifications:
To be successful in this role the incumbent will demonstrate the following:
8+ years of experience in demand generation or growth marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Proven track record in driving pipeline and revenue growth in a SaaS B2B environment. Expertise in ABM strategies, paid media, email marketing, and marketing automation. Strong analytical skills with experience in attribution models, A/B testing, and campaign performance analysis. Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills. Proficiency in CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation platforms, and data analytics tools. Experience managing and building reports in Salesforce.
