SWIM USA is a designer and manufacturer of women's swimwear located in New York City. We are 84 years young and seeking a dynamic Associate Account Manager to join our team.

Seeking high energy professional to support the administration of a portfolio of brands, reporting to Director of Sales.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
  • Participate in all sales meetings, document conversations, and distribute all necessary info to cross functional teams
  • Manage new account set up requirements including set-up forms, vendor agreements, insurance documents etc.
  • Work with Product Manager and Sales Support to ensure compliance with all retailer requirements- packaging materials, tickets, packing etc.
  • Analyze market pricing trends through online and instore research
  • Complete retailer-specific requirements such as ecom item info, data entry into vendor portal, item info sheets etc.
  • Review online product to ensure accuracy of information as well as analyze customer reviews
  • Fulfill sample requests including Advertising, TOP, and market samples
  • Review allocation for any discrepancies and follow up with Sales Support to alleviate problems
  • Communicate any order changes, confirmations, bulk adjustments etc. to Sales Support
  • Maintain a "samples out" listing, keeping track of when samples were sent to accounts and marketing
  • Coordinate shipping, share tracking info and track packages to and from customers or meetings
  • Maintain account order logs

Education: Bachelor's degree preferred

Experience: A minimum of 2 years of sales experience in apparel related field preferred

Skills:
  • Must possess computer skills (Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Must be fluent with Excel report design, pivot tables
  • Working knowledge of retail math
  • Must be familiar with office equipment
Working Conditions: office

Travel: occasional travel required

Physical Demands:
  • Must be able to stand, sit, and walk 8 hours/day
  • Vision requirements correctable to 20/20 vision
