Compensation Analyst

Global manufacturer is looking for a Compensation Analyst. The Comp Analyst plays a critical role in the design, implementation and administration of the company's compensation programs. This role is responsible for ensuring that compensation strategies are competitive, equitable and aligned with the company's business objectives. You would collaborate with HR and leadership teams to evaluate job roles, conduct market research, analyze pay practices and provide data-driven recommendations.
This organization consists of collaborative and extremely bright who are empowered to provide solutions for a cleaner, healthier and more energy efficient world. This is long-term temporary assignment with potential for extension and possibly conversion. Competitive salary and benefits offered during temporary duration. This position is currently a hybrid model with ability to work partially remote and partially in the office. Hour are M-F 8am-5pm
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience within compensation analysis
- Experience with job evaluation, salary surveys and compensation program design
- Strong understanding of compensation structures, compensation trends and benchmarking
- Experience with publicly traded stock administration
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, HRIS systems, and compensation management software. Workday and SuccessFactors is preferred
