Our Client, a leader in commercial real estate and facilities/asset management is seeking to add a Facilities Coordinator to its team. This role will work onsite in Boulder, CO and works Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm. This is a 4-month contract to hire role that pays $22.05 per hour. Upon conversion this role offers increased compensation,an annual bonus plan, and a strong benefit package.

Job Responsibilities:
- Client Support: Manage high-demand client requests, ensuring timely, quality service delivery, and client satisfaction. Address inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Facility Oversight: Supervise janitorial services, landscaping, snow removal, and pest control. Conduct inspections and collaborate with vendors to ensure compliance and quality.
- Administrative Duties: Place orders for janitorial supplies, create and manage work orders, and maintain accurate records, vendor files, and reports.
- Technical Assistance: Assist with printer issues, ticketing, and other ad hoc tasks as needed.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure adherence to GMP/GXP standards (FDA-regulated environment), write routine reports, and manage correspondence.
- Problem-Solving & Analytics: Interpret instructions, handle standard problem-solving, calculate simple financial figures, and analyze basic situations effectively.
- Vendor Relations: Train vendors on processes, monitor billing accuracy, and process invoices.
- Communication: Present information clearly to teams, departments, or larger employee groups.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience with CMMS systems
- Experience with Vendor Management
- Basic financial knowledge
- Experience with Coupa
- GMP/GXP experience
- Experience managing janitorial services, landscaping/snow removal and pest control
