Piper Health Sciences is seeking a Senior Employee Relations Partner to join a leading biotech organization that develops life-extending technologies for patients in Silver Spring, MD . The Senior Employee Relations Partner will manage all assigned employee relations cases and investigations.

Responsibilities of the Senior Employee Relations Partner include:
- Serve as a strategic partner and advisor across HR disciplines, including employee relations, talent management, and employee development
- Provide guidance and coaching to the business and leaders on strategic HR planning
- Oversee employment life cycle activities, such as onboarding, offboarding, and performance management
- Provide conflict resolution and facilitate discussions
- 5+ years of employee relations experience
- 7+ years of HR experience
- Previous experience working in a life science, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, commercial, or healthcare company
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
- Salary Range: $115,000 - $140,000 depending on experience
