Description

Job Summary:
Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources at Lenbrook, the HR Business Partner (HRBP) will be an integral member of a team of 6+ HR professionals. The HRBP will provide strategic leadership and management across a portfolio of departments within Lenbrook and/or responsibility for Menders by Lenbrook, a for-profit home healthcare subsidiary. Acting as a key liaison between HR and business operations, the HRBP will offer guidance and support that directly impacts organizational effectiveness and overall performance. In collaboration with HR Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, and other cross-functional teams, the HRBP will design, develop, and implement tailored people strategies and initiatives that drive long-term business success for their designated customer groups.

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic HR insights on workforce planning, organizational development, and change management to leadership.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
• Partner with business leaders to identify talent gaps and develop strategies for attracting, retaining, and devel-oping high-performing employees.
• Support talent assessments, succession planning, and career development initiatives to ensure strong leader-ship pipelines.
• Guide managers in performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, feedback, and improvement plans.
• Address employee concerns and resolve grievances in alignment with company policies and legal requirements.
• Analyze workforce trends and leverage HR analytics to support business needs and inform strategic decisions.
• Support organizational change efforts to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
• Collaborate with compensation and benefits teams to ensure competitive and equitable compensation strate-gies.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and legal regulations, advising managers and employees as needed.
• Partner with Learning & Development teams to deliver training that supports employee growth and leadership development.
• Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvements in HR systems, processes, and services.
• Work with recruitment to attract top talent aligned with organizational needs and goals.

Qualifications

Education and Experience Required:
  • BA or BS degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field required or equivalent work experience.
  • SHRM certification preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite at an intermediate level.
  • 5+ years of experience with demonstrated experience and success related to HR competencies.
  • Proven ability to think critically and creatively in problem-solving situations.
  • Ability to quickly build trusted, successful relationships with staff at all levels.

  • Possess strong knowledge of federal, state, and local labor and employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance and best practices.
  • Preferred experience in the healthcare industry.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
