HR Business Partner - Integrity Health
Job Summary: The HR Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic partner to the organization, offering expertise and guidance in human resources operations to ensure alignment with business goals. The HRBP will be responsible for managing various HR functions including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and compliance, with a focus on enhancing employee engagement and provider satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Partnership:
- Collaborate with leadership and operations to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Provide HR insights to support organizational planning, staffing needs, and provider practice goals.
- Talent Management:
- Lead recruitment efforts for identified staff, ensuring a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Partner with leadership on onboarding, orientation, and retention strategies to enhance the employee experience.
- Develop and manage performance evaluation systems to drive continuous improvement and growth.
- Employee Relations:
- Act as a primary point of contact for employee relations issues, addressing concerns in a timely and compliant manner.
- Mediate and resolve conflicts within the practice, ensuring fair and consistent application of HR policies.
- Promote a positive workplace culture focused on collaboration, growth, and patient care excellence.
- Development and Retention:
- Work with leadership to design and implement retention programs, such as professional development opportunities, mentorship programs, and career pathing.
- Coordinate with leadership to provide coaching and feedback on performance and development.
- Compliance and HR Policies:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, healthcare regulations, and HR best practices, including HIPAA, FMLA, and ADA.
- Regularly review and update HR policies to ensure they meet the evolving needs of the provider practice.
- Manage HR audits and reporting to maintain compliance with state, federal, and organizational requirements.
- Compensation and Benefits:
- Partner with compensation teams to ensure competitive salary structures and benefits packages for staff.
- Collaborate on incentive programs and retention bonuses to align compensation with performance and organizational objectives.
- Manage HR software systems to include benefits, onboarding, tax withholdings, payroll changes, etc.
- Change Management and Organizational Development:
- Lead HR-driven change initiatives, including restructuring, mergers, or new acquisitions.
- Provide leadership during transitions, ensuring effective communication and minimal disruption to operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree or HR certification (PHR, SPHR) preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in an HR role, with a strong background in healthcare or provider practice management.
- Knowledge of healthcare HR regulations and healthcare-specific recruitment practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proven ability to partner with leaders at all levels, particularly in a clinical or healthcare setting.

- Strong understanding of HR policies, healthcare laws, and compliance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment with multiple provider practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Experience with HRIS systems and reporting.
