Job Title: HRIS Specialist (4-Month Contract)
Location: Tacoma, WA

LHH is actively interviewing HRIS Specialist's! As an HRIS Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our client's Human Resources Information System (HRIS). Your role will involve ensuring data integrity, generating reports, and providing technical support to HR staff. This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in HRIS to contribute to our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update HRIS data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
  • Generate and analyze reports to support HR decision-making.
  • Provide technical support and training to HR staff on HRIS functionalities.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to implement system enhancements and troubleshoot issues.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HRIS Specialist or similar role.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
Contract Details:
  • Duration: 4 months
  • Location: Tacoma, WA
Pay Details: $28.84 to $33.65 per hour
