Job Title: HRIS Specialist (4-Month Contract)
Location: Seattle, WA
LHH is on the lookout for a skilled HRIS Specialist to join our team on a 4-month contract. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in managing and enhancing our client's Human Resources Information System (HRIS). Your expertise will ensure data accuracy, support HR staff, and contribute to system improvements.
What You'll Do:
- Keep HRIS data accurate and up-to-date.
- Create and analyze reports to aid HR decisions.
- Offer technical support and training to HR team members.
- Work with HR and IT teams to implement system upgrades and resolve issues.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy laws and company policies.
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HRIS Specialist or in a similar role.
- Proficiency with HRIS software (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Duration: 4 months
