Product Owner

• 8-10+ years of IT/Business leadership in Business Analysis, Project Management &/or Scrum experience
• 5-7+ years' experience in the project life-cycle / SDLC - including business planning, data analysis, data modeling, data quality, data mining, process analysis and design, business, and functional requirements analysis, use case analysis, testing
• 4+ years' experience working in dynamic cross-competency teams using a structured project methodology

• Strong analytical skills, ability to analyze and document complex business processes, work on multiple programs on data pipeline enhancements and the Data warehouse conversion

• Knowledge of systems, procedures, and applications to be able to recommend improvements and efficiencies where applicable
• Manage and own the success of onboarding new initiatives and projects by delivering appropriate communications and informational materials to articulate Front Store Personalization Engine value proposition
• Monitor schedule, pipeline, and resources to ensure that deployment can be performed on schedule and with available resources, and identify and navigate potential issues to meet deadlines
• Leverage industry and technical experience to assist internal stakeholders with proper sequencing of activities ensuring the new initiatives are fully implemented and functioning.
• Coordinate with program management leadership to assess and prioritize strategic initiatives and timelines to ensure deliverables are met.
• Set up technical intake process and manage the prioritization of requests from multiple project teams; Queue workload for team members and manage deliverables
• Creates and executes specific deliverables and activities as part of a team assigned to a business sponsored IT project
• Problem solver, gather and interpret relevant data and information in a fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to provide and produce clear and well-organized documentation
• Ability to work independently and be able to lead the team both onsite and offshore, self-motivator

• Collaborate with the Business Analysts and Business Partners throughout the requirements effort. This includes providing guidance, direction, feedback and coaching to ensure team effectiveness.
• Lead or perform current state analysis to assist in the definition of new concepts.
• Partner with the business to define scope, play a leadership role in business problem solving.
• Drive innovative technology solutions aligned with CVS Health's business strategies.
• Ensure the requirements are comprehensive, clear, testable, well documented and maintained.
• Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the RX Personalization and other Retail (Rx or Front Store) areas, Design and Interfaces with Other Systems (per project).
• Data Analysis using SQL Queries, MS Excel and reporting using SQL Server Reporting and Tableau.
• Supporting system components during End-to-End testing, system testing, and during promotion of these components to Production Environment.
• Must have hands on knowledge of Data Warehousing, Data Analytics and Business Intelligence landscape.
• Knowledge of data warehouse software development life-cycles (SDLC) and Agile including Project Management and BI analytics using Lean and Agile.
