Job Title: Residential Field Electrician
Location: Sussex County, Delaware

Job Overview: Our client is seeking experienced, self-motivated, and driven Residential Mechanic Electricians to join their field team in Southern Delaware. This position is perfect for licensed professionals with 7-10 years of hands-on experience in residential electrical systems, including wiring of new home construction, light fixture installation, troubleshooting skills, and compliance with local electrical codes. As a key member of our client"s team, you will work independently in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment to complete high-quality electrical installations and repairs.

Key Responsibilities:
* Install, troubleshoot, and repair residential electrical systems in new home construction and existing homes
* Ensure all work complies with local electrical codes and safety standards
* Independently diagnose electrical issues and provide cost-effective solutions in a timely manner
* Interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and project specifications
* Maintain organization and cleanliness of job sites
* Communicate effectively with customers, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed promptly
* Meet or exceed production and quality standards, consistently completing jobs on time
* Collaborate with other team members and supervisor to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction

Schedule:
* Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM with unlimited overtime opportunities available

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:
* 7-10 years of experience working with residential electrical systems, new home construction, and strong troubleshooting skills
* Must be a licensed electrician (Journeyman or Masters) with proof of certification
* Extensive knowledge of current local electrical codes and regulations
* Ability to work independently and take ownership of job responsibilities
* Motivated and driven with a focus on production and efficiency
* Ability to travel to job sites throughout Southern Kent County & Sussex County, DE
* Must represent company in a professional manner with excellent communication and customer service skills
* Clean & safe driving record
* All candidates must pass standard background & drug test
