Our spacious new dining hall, meeting rooms and cabins can accommodate large groups of up to 700 guestsJob Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing efforts across all Pali Mountain brands. This role is highly tactical and analytical, focusing on paid and earned lead gen, budget management, and performance reporting. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of digital tools and trends, thrives in a collaborative environment, and can agile execution with analytical rigor.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Campaign Planning and Execution:Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that amplify our mission and engage diverse audiences in partnership with our marketing agencyManage paid advertising campaigns across platforms, including Google Ads, Meta, Youtube, and other social, to maximize ROIContinuously optimize campaign performance through A/B testing and data-driven insights in partnership with data teams at our marketing agencyEmail Marketing and CRM Management:Craft and execute email campaigns, including newsletters and targeted promotions, that resonate with our audience.Leverage segmentation and personalization strategies to drive engagement and conversions.Utilize CRM platforms like HubSpot to manage leads and enhance marketing initiatives, including reporting, lead management, and dashboard designSEO, Analytics, and Reporting:Work with agency to develop and implement SEO strategies to boost visibility and attract new audiencesUse tools like Google Analytics to track performance, uncover insights, and inform decision-makingPresent actionable reports to leadership, showcasing the impact of digital initiativesServe as the primary POC for ad account managers and the agency in relation to reportingDigital Asset Management and Content Creation:Organize and maintain a centralized repository of digital assets to ensure brand consistency.Schedule and publish captivating social media campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest.Collaborate with the Director of Sales & Marketing and Creative Director to produce engaging, on-brand content. Social Media Trends and Emerging Platforms:Stay ahead of the curve by adapting strategies to leverage emerging platforms and trends.Monitor and analyze social media metrics to refine campaigns and maximize engagement.Collaboration and Transparency:Work closely with the COO, Director of Sales and Marketing, and marketing team to align efforts with organizational goals.Maintain up-to-date marketing dashboards and status tables for seamless cross-department communicationPerformance Metrics and Impact:Define and measure success across key metrics like social media growth, engagement rates, and website traffic.Use insights from performance reviews to continually refine strategies and drive results.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field or equivalent experience2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least one year in ad/media buyingProficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Cloud, WordPress, HubSpot, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Knowledge of SEO best practices and web analytics tools.Salary & Benefits:Salary: $68,640 - $80,000 base + potential 15% bonusStatus: Full-timeMust pass a background check & drug test after an offer of employment has been accepted. We utilize an online background and/or LiveScan fingerprinting is required.
