We are looking for a talented Regional Sales Manager to help us drive revenue growth by selling innovative digital solutions to automotive dealerships. You will play a crucial role in helping dealerships enhance their customer experience and achieve their business objectives.

Job Duties:

  • Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline through various outreach methods (visits, calls, emails) to secure new business and consistently achieve monthly targets.
  • Consult with dealers, educating them on how consumers utilize digital tools and communication throughout the purchasing process.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations, showcasing the value and impact of our solutions.
  • Identify opportunities, understand dealer needs, and propose tailored solutions.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless product implementation and ongoing customer satisfaction.
  • Stay current on industry trends and competitive landscape to refine sales strategies.
  • Provide accurate sales reports and forecasts.
  • Utilize a CRM system for visit planning, lead management, and activity tracking.
Ideal Background:
  • Demonstrated success in exceeding sales KPIs, ideally within the automotive retail or SaaS industries.
  • Experience using CRM systems for tracking and territory management.
  • Solid understanding of automotive dealership operations and business needs.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel extensively (approximately 75%) for on-site client visits.
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary from $65,000 - $75,000 and an uncapped commission structure with high earning potential (OTE estimated at $175,000).
