About the Position:
The SBA Servicing Specialist I will perform daily functions required to support the Small Business Lending department's servicing and processing operations. The Servicing Specialist's primary day-to-day duties include all aspects of portfolio management as it relates to the proper payment, maintenance, and administration of the loan. Aside from the general duties above, this role also focuses on tracking and clearing various covenant-related items that are inherent in a loan portfolio.

Aside from the general duties above, this role also focuses on tracking and clearing various covenant-related items that are inherent in a loan portfolio.
What You Will Do:
- Create and/or review report extracts from PCFS detailing the status of outstanding tickler-related items.
- Interface directly with customers to gather ongoing financial statements and outstanding insurance documentation to help clear exceptions.
- Assist the department with force-placing insurance as needed.
- Process releases of collateral to included UCC terminations, recorded mortgages, and life insurance assignments.
- Monitor/maintain property records for Coforge with regards to property tax tracking.
- Maintain and track payables and receivables for the department and individual loan files.
- Ensure customers' service initiatives are being adhered to according to Bank/departmental standards.
- Actively participate in research, preparation, and execution of internal process controls.
- Prepare various mass mailings via Word.wrx in PCFS.
- Process incoming mail.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Two years of experience in commercial/SBA lending
- Proficient in general office software, particularly Microsoft Office and the use of databases
- Working knowledge of PCFS - Loan Manager, preferred
- Working knowledge of nCino, preferred
- Working knowledge of UCC filings and terminations
- Working knowledge of mortgage filings and releases
- Ability to master new skills and tasks quickly
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional office setting.
- Primarily sedentary position requiring long periods of time working at a computer.
- Must be able to move throughout the office and buildings to obtain or relay information.
- Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
