This pivotal role involves managing collaboration success and enablement processes, ensuring employees are fully equipped to use IT-supplemented collaboration tools effectively. Collaborate with diverse partners, including corporate communications, business leaders, IT colleagues, and technology vendors, to drive adoption and maximize technology utilization. Key Responsibilities: Define and lead the strategy and processes for collaboration success and enablement. Coordinate communications campaigns across multiple channels to foster technology adoption. Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance unified communication and content collaboration. Manage centralized technology enablement resources and facilitate awareness events. Partner with operations, engineering, and governance teams to identify and implement improvements. Must-Have Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong analytical abilities and comfort with ambiguity in a changing environment. Proven project management and presentation skills.
