Role Overview: As a Mid-Market Account Executive at FERMT, you will play a crucial role in driving software sales through strategic lead generation, networking, and account management. Your primary focus will be on developing strong relationships with potential FERMT customers in the eCommerce space and helping them realize the full potential of our platform. You will leverage your sales expertise, strategic thinking, and communication skills to ensure clients quickly see the value of our products and continue to scale their usage. This role requires a proactive approach to managing accounts, attending events, and collaborating with internal teams to support product adoption.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed and complex product demos, showcasing the platform's integration capabilities with various tech stacks
  • Facilitate customers in quickly realizing the value of FERMT and support them in scaling their usage and investment in the product
  • Generate and manage sales pipelines, ensuring high win rates and timely deal closures
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential FERMT customers in the eCommerce space
  • Attend networking events, conferences, and customer on-site presentations, involving moderate travel
  • Proactively report on return on investment (ROI) and the impact of FERMT, managing communications across the stakeholder base
  • Share tips and best practices on how other businesses successfully leverage FERMT across their teams, highlighting the outcomes achieved
  • Collaborate with internal product, sales, and engineering teams to drive the adoption and growth of FERMT
Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of closing SaaS experience with a proven track record in driving software sales
  • Strong sales and account management skills with experience in lead generation
  • Experience with full cycle SaaS sales
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to handle executive communications and manage multiple accounts
  • Willingness to engage in face-to-face interactions at networking events, conferences, and customer sites
  • Experience in Salesforce Commerce
  • Experience in the eCommerce or digital marketing industry is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Existing relationships in the eCommerce space with brands that are potential FERMT customers is a plus
