Sales Manager, ISR

As the Manager of Sales, you will be responsible for managing a team size of 10 of office-based Reps. The role of this group is to help drive new customer acquisition and corporate growth by qualifying inbound leads and engaging in proactive and targeted outbound prospecting. The successful candidate will possess a unique blend of business development, performance management and team leadership experience, and have a proven track record of over-achieving both personal and team-based targets to make a real difference. This position has a salary 50/50 split of commission and base with an OTE of 200-266k.
Build new sales pipeline through the development of the Inside Sales team
Execute on complex sales cycles to impact topline revenue
Hire, train and lead a team of 6-10 Inside Sales Representatives by providing coaching, mentoring and motivation with a focus on strong sales results, development and personal growth
Communicate team and individual performance metrics to management as required
Work closely with senior leadership to develop, manage and enhance key elements of the Companys Inside Sales model
Champion, role model, and embed company cultural values (Customer First, Accountability, Integrity, Equality and Empowerment) as we scale globally and across new offices

3-6 years of business-to-business lead generation and team management experience, with a focus on enterprise sales in a land and expand sales model (SaaS)
Proven track record in exceeding personal and team-based quotas and goals in a high-growth environment
Ability to liaise with senior-level executive contacts, both internal and external
Understanding of complex sales cycles involving multiple decision makers, multiple products and extended time frames
Proficient in making data-driven conclusions
Familiarity with Data Analytics, AI and Machine Learning (a plus)
Exceptional interpersonal and oral presentation skills
Strong entrepreneurial drive and work ethic
BA/BS degree preferred
