Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Public Relations Assistant to join our growing team. This role involves supporting our PR strategies and initiatives by coordinating communication efforts, managing media relations, and ensuring seamless execution of campaigns. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and executing public relations strategies and campaigns.
  • Draft press releases, media alerts, and other communication materials.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media contacts and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report on media coverage and campaign performance.
  • Coordinate logistics for events, press conferences, and other PR-related activities.
  • Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all communications.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including scheduling and maintaining contact databases.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of PR tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in PR or related roles is an advantage but not mandatory.
