Description:

• Client's Private Equity Group is seeking a Mid/Senior Level Associate with 3+ years of experience to work on a wide range of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged recapitalizations, growth equity, venture capital transactions, exits, and equity compensation.
• The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing deals, working both in teams and independently.
• Strong business acumen and excellent communication skills are essential to managing client and counsel relationships effectively.
• dvise on M&A and private equity transactions, including leveraged recapitalizations, venture capital deals, and growth equity investments.
• Manage and coordinate transaction components both independently and in team settings.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients and counsel.
• Provide strategic legal advice on corporate and transactional matters.
• 3+ years of experience in corporate and transactional law, with a focus on M&A and private equity.
• Strong understanding of venture capital, growth equity, and leveraged recapitalization transactions.
• Proactive and business-minded with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Outstanding academic credentials and relevant law firm experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• New York bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly) and a deal sheet are required.
