Job Responsibilities:

•Responsible for setting up and operating manufacturing equipment
•Responsibilities may include blocking, degreasing, grinding, polishing
•Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work orders, travelers
•Knowledge and understanding of process steps
•Measure optical parts using optical metrology equipment, including hand tools
•Understand quality specifications and perform quality checks on own work

Requirements

Knowledge, Skill and Experience:

• Must be able to work independently with minimal guidance
• Experience working with machinery
• Good time management
• Attention to detail
• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Manufacturing and optical experience a plus.
