Position Overview : The Sales Development Representative (SDR) plays a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying and qualifying leads to create opportunities for the sales team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, have excellent communication skills, and are motivated to build a career in sales. Responsibilities : Proactively reach out to potential clients via outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other sales channels. Research and identify target accounts, key decision-makers, and potential opportunities. Qualify inbound leads through discovery calls to determine fit and interest. Schedule meetings for the sales team with qualified leads. Collaborate with Account Executives to develop strategic outreach plans for top target accounts. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities in the CRM (e.g., Bullhorn, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.). Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity KPIs (calls, emails, meetings booked). Stay up-to-date with industry trends and company offerings to effectively communicate value propositions. Follow a structured outreach process (e.g., 10x10 strategy: 10 touches over 10 weeks). Provide feedback to marketing and leadership on outreach effectiveness and lead quality. Qualifications : 0-2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in a B2B environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Highly motivated, self-starter with a competitive mindset and team-player attitude. Ability to build rapport and engage with decision-makers across multiple channels. Familiarity with CRM tools like Bullhorn, Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
