Your Impact We are seeking an individual looking to advance his/her career in elite Account Management/Sales and play a pivotal role in the next season of growth for our company We are looking for a hungry, savvy, and energetic sales closer and customer service rockstar to join our seasoned team. The newly hired “Account Manager” will report to the Arizona General Manager and join a team at Delta Wye that is responsible for the sales, revenue, and growth of the company. Candidates for this position must, above all, possess an extraordinary ability to build relationships while being highly organized and detail-oriented. You must be a self-starter, team-player, and able to multi-task, meet deadlines, and achieve goals in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Responsibilities Establish, build, and maintain ongoing business relationships with new and existing customers through effective and consistent phone and email correspondence, and in-person visits in order to meet their electrical needs on a continuing basis. Generate new customer leads through existing business relationships, internet research, geographic canvassing, and so forth. Sell the electrical services we provide (industrial electrical construction, engineering, power monitoring, instrumentation and controls services, etc.) to new industrial facilities throughout the greater Phoenix area. Communicate and coordinate with customers regarding their electrical needs, job walks, site visits, project scopes, pricing (negotiating as needed), necessary project meetings, etc. Communicate and coordinate with other members of the DWE team regarding estimating needs, job processing, scheduling requirements, purchasing, foreman/field information, accounting issues, etc. Prepare proposals and change orders for customers as well as internal paperwork and forms in a timely and professional manner. Track and maintain all correspondence and activity within Salesforce CRM for all existing and potential customers, contacts, and opportunities. Attend meetings required by all employees and those required by Business Development team members. Directly oversee and communicate with the customer and coworkers the following project management items: defined original scope of work, scheduling/timeline expectations, long-lead material requisitions, manpower needs, project mobilization and foreman layout, changes in scope, progress billing, safety requirements, and so on. Ensure total 100% customer satisfaction and approval throughout and upon completion of the project with daily and weekly status reports and project updates. Qualifications Bachelors’ degree preferred (B.A. or B.S.) Proficient in the full MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Adobe 5 years of relevant work experience (sales, project/account management) Construction experience preferred History of community/non-profit involvement and volunteerism is preferred Salesforce CRM experience preferred Must have reliable transportation to and from office and jobsites, including minimum insurance requirements established by the state. Compensation We offer a competitive base salary as well as commission compensation based on sales and project management performance.
