Senior Accountant or Accounting Manager up to $90K (On-site Chicago)

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant or Accounting Manager for a reputable well known hospitality group. The ideal candidate will have 2 years’ experience in restaurant/hospitality/service industry. Salary commensurate with experience will range from $60K-$90K plus health, dental and vision benefits, PTO, and more. Competitive Base Salary Great benefits Stable and growing organization Free meals The Senior Accountant/Accounting Manager will oversee day-to-day accounting functions of a diverse group of entities. High-level responsibilities include but are not limited to: general ledger accounting, AP, AR, treasury management, payroll, and period end close. Key Responsibilities include: Month-end/year-end close Financial statement preparation and analysis Accounts receivables and payables Bank reconciliations Intercompany expense allocations, accruals, prepaid expenses, fixed assets, and journal entries General ledger Assist with SALT tax filings Assist with staff trainings Ad hoc projects Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance required 2 years of accounting experience CPA preferred QuickBooks, MS Excel, and Restaurant365 experience a plus ONLY QUALIFIED CANDIDATES WILL BE CONTACTED - VISA SPONSORSHIP IS NOT AVAILABLE You may apply using the link in this posting.
