Role Description: We are expanding our pricing team and seeking a full-time Pricing Analyst to join our office in Pomona, NY. The Pricing Analyst will report to the Pricing Director and play a key role in optimizing ticket prices, analyzing market trends, and supporting the development of pricing strategies to drive revenue growth. This position requires a data-driven mindset, advanced analytical skills, and a passion for sports and entertainment. Key Responsibilities: Manage and price inventory across multiple dynamic markets. Analyze historical data, secondary market sales, and industry trends to adjust ticket pricing and inform future pricing strategies. Monitor sales data in both primary and secondary markets to identify opportunities for optimization. Prepare and deliver reports to key personnel and clients, including tracking results and recommending improvements. Implement price changes across multiple sales channels based on evolving market conditions. Support the development and execution of pricing systems, guidelines, and processes to achieve revenue and sales goals. Build models to analyze inventory and offer data-driven recommendations to management. Act as a subject matter expert, advising Purchasing Analysts on future buys. Identify new revenue generation opportunities through analysis of the event-ticketing marketplace. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field is preferred. Experience in pricing analysis, data analytics, or revenue management. Strong proficiency in MS Excel and other data mining tools. Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data insights. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge and passion for the sports, concerts, and live entertainment industries. Flexibility to work nights and weekends based on event schedules (rotation with flex days during the week). Salary & Benefits: The starting salary range is $46,000.00–$59,000.00/year, with significant potential for quick advancement and growth opportunities.
