Broadcast Specialist

We are looking for a passionate Video Production Specialist to join our creative team in Times Square, NYC. This role involves filming and editing diverse video content, managing media archives, and maintaining professional video equipment for events and corporate projects Title: Broadcast - Events Specialist Location: Times Square Office, NYC Duration- 6 Months of contractual with the possibility of extension Overview: The client is seeking a Video Production Specialist to join our in-house video production team. You’ll work closely with our Director of Photography to capture dynamic sizzle videos, manage extensive video archives, prepare footage for editing, and maintain professional-grade production equipment. This role involves filming a wide range of video content, from customer testimonials and client sizzle reels to live events and recurring series. The ideal candidate is creative, hard-working, eager to learn, and passionate about video production. This is an in-person position requiring five days a week at our Times Square office in NYC. Key Responsibilities: Videography & Production Support: Assist the Director of Photography as a secondary videographer. Operate cameras, set up lighting, and mic talent. Primary Videography Training: Learn to lead video production for daily the client's bell ceremonies and events, capturing documentary-style footage. Gain expertise in lighting, audio, directing, and editing for full production. Editing & Media Management: Prepare footage for editing, including syncing multi-camera shoots, basic color matching, and organizing content. Back up and organize media while managing an extensive video archive. Equipment Management: Oversee the maintenance and operation of professional-grade video production equipment. Team Collaboration: Work effectively both independently and as part of a creative team, maintaining a positive and solutions-focused attitude. Qualifications: Passion and dedication to video production. Experience in video production, media management, or video editing (preferred). Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro (a strong plus). Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset. Solution-driven approach and a willingness to learn.
