Conduct legal research and prepare briefs, motions, and other legal documents. Manage the discovery process, including depositions, interrogatories, and the production of documents. Negotiate favorable resolutions and settlements for clients. Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, witnesses, and other relevant parties. Lead strategy sessions with clients to define legal goals and approaches. Provide comprehensive legal representation throughout all stages of litigation. Advocate for clients in court, ensuring their best interests are effectively represented. Requirements
At least 5 years of experience as a senior associate or trial attorney. Proven experience in litigation, mediation, and arbitration. Strong time management and organizational skills to handle a heavy caseload. Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. A demonstrated ability to manage and mentor junior attorneys. Member in good standing with the state and local bar associations. Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. Certifications
