The successful candidate will be highly skilled in litigation, with a strong focus on privacy laws, and will play a key role in the preparation and management of cases from inception to trial. Duties : Manage the preparation and execution of litigation tasks related to privacy law matters. Draft and review legal documents, including complaints, briefs, pretrial motions, memoranda, and discovery requests. Conduct legal research and analysis on federal, state, and international privacy laws. Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop legal strategies and provide support in trial preparation. Maintain effective communication with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel. Assist in growing and supporting the firm’s national Privacy Litigation practice. Requirements : Minimum of 3+ years of litigation experience, with a focus on privacy law preferred. Strong experience in legal research, writing, and case preparation. Proven ability to manage complex cases from start to finish. Familiarity with privacy laws at the federal, state, and international levels. Ability to quickly navigate complex subject matters. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Education : Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Active membership in the Georgia Bar or eligibility to gain membership. Certifications : Admission to the relevant State Bar, with Georgia Bar membership preferred. Skills : Exceptional legal research and writing abilities. Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently and effectively. Knowledge of privacy laws and litigation strategies. Proficiency in case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
