Active membership in good standing of the California State Bar. 2-3 years of law firm or relevant in-house experience in complex commercial litigation and arbitration. Experience with managed care or health care is required. Proven ability to handle multiple cases and manage regulatory or compliance matters. Strong client counseling and case management skills.
