Job Description
Are you an experienced Project Manager with a security and construction background? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team in Cherry Point, NC to support USMC. A week in the life of a Senior Project Manager: Directs construction project management planning and execution processes to meet project design requirements, schedules, and organizational financial objectives. Provides overall strategic governance for projects by establishing standards, processes, and tools for effective project management throughout the project lifecycle. Uses comprehensive knowledge of construction processes and operations to set project productivity and quality targets. Monitors project milestones, change orders, and technical status reports. Manages strategic client relationships and establishes clear lines of communication. Responds to escalated project issues that may impede project delivery and coordinates solutions. Analyzes project metrics to identify weaknesses or problems and propose operational improvements and cost savings for future projects. Typically reports to a director. Manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adheres to approved budgets. Job Requirements
TS/SCI Clearance (Active) Bachelor's Degree (desired) with 10-15 Years of experience including the following:
1-3 years supervisory experience At least 5 years experience as a Project Manager 3-5 Years of security experience specifically related to ICD 705 (SCIF/SAPF) Construction, Intelligence Operations, Counter-Intelligence Operations, Counter-Surveillance Operations, Technical Surveillance Counter-Measures, Physical Security, or a combination of these experiences 3-5 Years construction experience
