Senior Security Specialist - TS clearance with SCI eligibility

Are you an experienced Senior Security Specialist with experience supporting DoD requirements? We have a great opportunity for you located in Quantico, VA! **Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is a must** As Senior Security Specialist you will: Administer and coordinate DoD and other industrial security programs to ensure compliance with government and company security policies and procedures. Provide guidance and support to staff members concerning all security administrative functions, such as personnel security, information and system security, COMSEC, and physical security to ensure compliance with standards. A week in the life of a Senior Security Specialist: Provide administrative security support associated with the receipt, distribution, inventory, reproduction, and disposition of classified material. Support the SAP information security program. Ensure appropriate documentation is maintained for the accreditation and use of Special Access Program Facilities (SAPF) and Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIF). Coordinate annual and semi-annual preventive maintenance inspections and testing for SAPFs/SCIFs. Generate and track Program Access Requests (PARs) utilizing the Joint Access Database Environment (JADE). Administer and maintain physical security procedures for visitor control, employee identification, and safeguarding of company facilities, equipment, materials, and employee property. Develop and conduct security briefings and security education programs. Provide oversight for programs for the protection of classified information as well as proprietary information. Prepare, send, and receive visitor certifications. Investigate losses and security violations and recommend corrective actions. Job Requirements: High School diploma 10+ years of relevant DoD/IC security related experience. Special access program experience a plus Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility Senior knowledge of DoD, DOE, or other industrial security programs. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Possess an analytical mindset with effective problem-solving skills.
