Lead Server

Overview We are seeking a skilled and passionate Lead Server to join our dynamic team in a fine dining environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and serving, with the ability to create exceptional experiences for our guests. As a Lead Server, you will be responsible for staff, serving food and beverages, and providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced setting. Duties Serve and interact with guests to provide personalized service and recommendations based on their preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system, including processing payments and managing tabs. Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting any shortages or discrepancies. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during banquets and special events. Uphold the highest standards of hospitality, ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and valued. Qualifications Previous experience in serving or a similar role within a restaurant or fine dining establishment is preferred. Strong knowledge of food handling practices and responsible alcohol service. Proficient in basic math skills for cash handling. Familiarity with POS systems for efficient transaction processing. Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor to engage with guests effectively. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
