ServiceNow Architect – Atlanta, GA – Hybrid
Expert Technical Solutions is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Senior Architect to lead the implementation and enhancement of ServiceNow environments for our clients. This is a full-time, direct-hire, permanent position. We go onsite into the office an average of 4 days/wk. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ServiceNow architecture, development, and integration, as well as a passion for driving innovation and efficiency.
Primary Responsibilities:
Develop and lead ServiceNow roadmaps, requirements gathering, and design sessions to deliver tailored solutions for implementations, enhancements, integrations, and process automation. Provide mentorship and hands-on support for development activities, including configuration and customization of application fields, form design, business rules, workflows, client scripts, user roles, groups, and access controls across modules like ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and CSM/TPSM. Design and architect integrations with client IT Operations Management tools using ServiceNow workflows, scripting, and web services/REST APIs. Facilitate workshops to gather business and technical requirements. Conduct design and technical sessions to provide solution guidance for both internal teams and external clients. Apply industry expertise and ServiceNow best practices to deliver high-quality solutions. Participate in release planning and manage implementations to ensure smooth delivery. Perform code reviews and ensure all technology-related deliverables meet quality standards. Continuously improve implementation methodologies and service offerings based on client feedback and evolving needs. Oversee the design, implementation, and ongoing support of ServiceNow platforms and solutions. Qualifications:
B.E./B.Tech in Computer Engineering or equivalent experience. Over 10 years of experience with ServiceNow in development, configuration, and maintenance. At least 10 years of JavaScript scripting experience. A minimum of 4 years in an Architect role for ServiceNow implementations, specializing in ITSM, ITOM, or ITBM. Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and integration tools. Experience with Agile methodologies for project delivery. Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills. Proven ability to thrive in high-profile, deadline-driven environments. Willingness to travel up to 5%. Experience with domain separation and facilitating ServiceNow upgrade cycles is a plus. Requirements:
