Real Estate Transactional Attorney

A law firm in Hartford, CT is seeking a Real Estate Transactional Attorney with 6+ years of experience in commercial real estate transactions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in acquisitions, dispositions, development, and office, retail, and/or industrial leasing. Superior drafting skills, deep knowledge of commercial real estate law, and admission to the Connecticut Bar are required. The candidate must demonstrate a strong work ethic, motivation, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Duties: Handle a variety of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing. Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on real estate matters. Draft and negotiate complex real estate agreements and contracts. Conduct due diligence and title review for real estate transactions. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate successful closings. Stay updated on changes and developments in real estate laws and regulations. Requirements: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the Connecticut Bar. 6+ years of experience in commercial real estate transactions. Strong drafting skills and knowledge of commercial real estate law. Ability to work independently and as part of a larger team. Highly motivated with a strong work ethic.
