Real Estate Attorney

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Real Estate Attorney with a focus on commercial transactions to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in handling complex real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and development. Key Responsibilities: Draft, review, and negotiate commercial real estate contracts, leases, purchase agreements, and financing documents. Conduct due diligence, including title and survey reviews, zoning analysis, and environmental assessments. Advise clients on legal risks and strategies related to real estate transactions and development projects. Oversee closings and ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with clients, lenders, developers, brokers, and other stakeholders to facilitate transactions. Provide legal guidance on property management, landlord-tenant matters, and disputes. Prepare and review loan documents and assist in structuring financing arrangements. Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and, if necessary, litigation. Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the state bar and in good standing. Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial real estate law. Strong understanding of real estate transactions, zoning laws, and title issues. Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research tools.
